Mark Knight has over 10 years experience as an artist manager. His work with The Daydream Club was recognised with a nomination for Best Digital Campaign at The Music Ally Awards (the only unsigned artist to be nominated). Mark has lectured on music marketing at MIDEM, Off The Record and Liverpool Sound City, written for The Guardian, Unsigned Guide, Reverbnation, Music Think Tank and judged the Music Week Awards. Mark also runs Right Chord Music (a top 10 ranked indie music blog) the Lost On Radio Podcast, and Major Labl. For the last 19 years Mark has also consulted for some of the world's biggest brands including evian, Nivea and Vodafone.
Chris Sharpe set up Lost In The Manor to promote the music he loved, from record label to live events and press services, he successfully champions new music. Not one to rest on his laurels, Chris identified the landscape was changing and he created Musosoup a platform to connect musicians directly to music bloggers. Now musicians only pay for guaranteed promo support.

As a brand strategist and self-taught designer and copywriter, Naomi is committed to helping purpose-driven brands create meaningful experiences with people—at the intersection of storytelling, identity, and business-aligned strategy. Her work at Bannersnack focuses on brand management through business alignment. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling (when that used to be a thing).
Head of Artist Relations & Marketing at EmuBands
Overseeing the company’s approach to customer service, his team work closely with independent artists & record labels to provide them with personal support throughout the entire release process. Outside of EmuBands, Toni is an Artist Manager and has experience in concert promotion, self-releasing music and tour management.
Promoter Twisterella Festival
Henry Carden is an award-winning music promoter, artist manager and musician based in the north east. As a promoter, he's brought the likes of The 1975, Wolf Alice, Alt-J, Sam Fender, The Amazons, Field Music and many more to Teesside, as well as co-promoting Middlesbrough's multi-venue music festival Twisterella. He also specialises in artist development and currently manages Cattle & Cane, Jodie Nicholson and Mt. Misery, as well as running a successful mentoring scheme for emerging musicians. Henry has previously worked in a variety of roles across the music industry including A&R Scout, press officer and songwriter - with some of his compositions featuring on TV shows across BBC 1, Channel 4 and Sky Sports, as well as Radio 1, 6 Music and MTV.
BBC Radio 6 Music
Chris presents a daily show on BBC Radio 6 Music (5 - 7.30am) and has interviewed some of music’s biggest stars, including Calvin Harris; The Killers; Florence Welch; Dave Grohl; Bjork and Jack White. He is a notable champion of 2019 Brits Critics Choice Winner, Sam Fender.
Chris is also a Radio 4 documentary presenter. His critically acclaimed series exploring music and mental health followed an in-depth programme about music and politics. He is among a select number of presenters to host Radio 4’s prestigious, Pick of the Week. He is also regular voice on BBC Radio 5 live. On screen, Chris appears on BBC Breakfast TV, BBC News and has presented films for BBC Inside Out.
He is a popular host and DJ, as well as a successful voice over artist. He writes blogs for the BBC website and has written for the Huffington Post, Music Week and UK Music. Chris is proud to chair the Nordoff Robbins Manchester Network and to be an Ambassador for the Prince’s Trust.
Music Operations, TikTok
Toyin Mustapha works in the music operations team at TikTok focussing on partnerships with major record labels and artists. He’s been with TikTok two years and during that time has overseen numerous artists joining the platform as well as campaigns from single launches, hashtag challenges and bespoke music marketing partnerships.
TikTok has recently announced 100m monthly active users across Europe.
Prior to TikTok, Toyin spent time at the UK’s largest youth event and marketing agency Rough Hill, looking after activity in London, and co-founded Cool Kid Music, a specialist record label and events business.
